Ninja Sport Competition
We're excited to be hosting a NCL Season 6 Qualifier Competition at Rock Solid Warrior Fuquay Varina.
The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner, Advanced, and Pro Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Beginners compete with beginners, advanced athletes with advanced athletes, and pros with pros in separate divisions determined by age, gender, and experience level. TAdvanced/Pro finals will be held at the end of February, and Beginner finals will be held in mid-April.
There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event.
Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2026.

Schedule
Start times and length of waves are based on historical data of how many are expected in each division. However, there will be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time. We don't want to turn anyone away, but we might have to. If your age group is no longer available, please contact us to see if we are able to make an adjustment or put you on a waitlist.
Course overview/rules videos will be posted on our Facebook page before midnight on Friday, October 31. Athletes are expected to watch these videos before arriving. A course walk through will start at the assigned start times to answer any questions. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time.
Doors will open at 8:15 am.
