Ninja Warrior Competition 

Come and see how well you can do on our courses. 

 Our competition will follow Ninja Carolina League's rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025. 

Dress code: Warrior Zone gym requires shoes on our gym floor.

Photography and/or videography may take place during our competition. Warrior Zone reserves the right to use these photos and/or videos for media use.  Please refer to our waiver for more information.

3:00 pm - 11U and 13U
5:00 pm - 15U, Adults, and Masters


There may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time.
