We're excited to be hosting the NCL Season Spring Finals at Rock Solid Warrior South Apex. 

The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner, Advanced, and Pro Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Beginners compete with beginners, advanced athletes with advance d athletes, and pros with pros in separate divisions determined by age, gender, and experience level. The Fall/Winter season runs from September to mid-January with finals in late January to determine its champions in each division. In the Spring season (February-April) there are only beginner divisions as more advanced athletes will be aiming for the more national level competitions.. 

There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All youth ages 6-15 that qualified for finals will be competing earlier in the day at USA Ninja Challenge in Durham, NC.  All 16 and older qualified athletes will be competing in the evening at our Rock Solid Warrior South Apex location.

 Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025.

Specific start times for each age group will be determined soon. However, there may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time.
