Ninja Nation Competition

The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner and Advanced Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Come on out to the incredible Ninja Nation arena to test your skills against other competitors in the same division.
 
At the beginning of each season (or your first NCL competition), athletes will determine which division (gender/level/age class) they will compete in and must compete in that division for the entire season. Our competition will follow NCL (Progress Points) rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025.

Open-Gym:

• We will host open-gym for any competitors on Friday, 1/3 and Saturday, 1/4.
• $20 for unlimited open-gym time. Sign up in person.
• Please check our open-gym schedule on our website in advance.

 
Rules:

Prizes:

• Medals will be given to the top three participants in each age group.
