Ninja Warrior Competition
The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner, Advanced, and Pro Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Beginners compete with beginners, advanced athletes with advance d athletes, and pros with pros in separate divisions determined by age, gender, and experience level. The Fall/Winter season will run from September to mid-January with finals in late January to determine its champions in each division. In the Spring season (March-June) there will only be beginner divisions as more advanced athletes will be aiming for the more national level competitions.. We're excited to be hosting a Season 5 Fall/Winter Competition at USA Ninja Challenge - Durham NC.
Only Kids divisions will be included in this event. We will have both Beginner and Advanced divisions Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025.

- 9U Beginner - 4:30
- 11U Beginner - 7:30
Sunday October 6
- 9U Advanced - 1:00
- 11U Advanced - 2:30
- 13U and 15U Beginner - 4:00
- 13U and 15U Advanced- 5:30
Specific start times for each age group will be determined soon. However, there may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start at their scheduled time.
