The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner, Advanced, and Pro Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Beginners compete with beginners, advanced athletes with advanced athletes, and pros with pros in separate divisions determined by age, gender, and experience level. The Fall/Winter season will run from September to mid-January with finals in late January to determine its champions in each division.  In the Spring season (March-June) there will only be beginner divisions as more advanced athletes will be aiming for the more national level competitions. We're excited to be hosting a Season 5 Fall/Winter Qualifier at Rock Solid Warrior in Fuquay Varina. 
 
There are divisions for children starting at age 6 through masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event.

 Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2025. 

 Sign up now to reserve your spot.  The sooner you sign up, the later you will be in the run order. All participants must sign our waiver.

COSTUME CONTEST!

Feel free to wear a costume!! Parents and siblings are welcome to wear a costume and receive a piece of candy but only competitors will be added to the costume contest. All competitors in costume will be entered into a drawing (based on your age category) for 2nd place, and we’ll select a 1st place winner from an “Applause Meter” from the audience! All 1st place winners from each age category will be entered into a social-media vote for a GRAND PRIZE of a $50 Amazon gift card!

2nd place winners get a fun “ninja” goody bag with some ninja treats and some candy, as well as a 2nd-place ribbon.

NINJA TRICKS!

Have a coach watch you do a fun “ninja trick” in our warm-up area to get a piece of candy! We’ll also have a rope climb where you can earn candy no matter how high you climb!

NINJA TREATS!

We’ll have a few “guess the candy in the jar” games for you to win, as well as different stations where you can win or earn extra candy! We’ll have all sorts of things hidden around the gym, so keep your eyes open! Get up the warped wall at the end of the course to earn yourself a candy prize for getting to the end!!
