Ninja Carolina League Season 4 Finals!
The
Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner, Advanced, and Pro Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. Beginners compete with beginners, advanced athletes with advanced athletes, and pros with pros in separate divisions determined by age, gender, and experience level.
As we come to the close of Season 4, Rock Solid Warrior is excited to be hosting the finals at our South Apex location for the top athletes in each division who qualified through their regular season performance.
Coach Michael Bellion has been working hard at putting together appropriately challenging courses for all levels and we can't wait to see who becomes the Season 4 Champions as well as seeing all of the runs of these hard-working athletes.
Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2024.

Local Accomodations
Several local hotels that we would recommend (Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express in Holly Springs, NC) could not provide a discount rate. However, we were able to arrange a group discount rate at Spring Hill Suites...
Here's your reservation link your guests can use to make reservations at SpringHill Suites Raleigh Apex for 164 USD per night
Schedule
Due to the number of athletes, and the desire to stay on schedule stays on time and both athletes and those working the courses can be as efficient as possible (and maximize possible redemption time) we will be:
• Expecting athletes to arrive no later than 15 minutes before their wave starts. We will not hold up anything due to late arrivals. Warm up area in our upstairs mini-ninja section will be available.
• Putting rules & demo videos on Rock Solid Warrior's Facebook & Instagram pages before the morning of the competition which we expect all athletes to watch and understand
• Providing very quick walk-throughs before waves, for clarification purposes only... no further demos than are on the videos
• Expecting the athlete on deck to be at the starting platform shortly after the previous athlete starts.
• Accepting calls for reviews ONLY at our front desk so as not to interrupt the flow and schedule of the competition and will be reviewed before awards are given
• Calling a strict end to redemption time 10 minutes before the next wave to make any adjustments needed so we can start the next wave on time.
Run Orders will be determined by Regular Season standings (1st in division will run last)
