50% of all revenue goes to help empower underprivileged youth in the Twin Cities through ninja warrior training. Rise Up provide needs-based grants for membership and training fees, educational outreach, and community building to promote physical activity, and mental and physical strength.

Format: Each obstacle completion is worth 1 pt. Standard scoring/placing.
Top 3 in each division get another run on the same course with 1 secret obstacle added.

Age division is based on your age as of January 1, 2024.

Sign up now to reserve your spot. There may be a limited number of contestants in each division to make sure each group can start as close as possible to their scheduled time.

All NEW participants must sign our waiver on-site.
