OCR= Obstacle Course Racing we will have a ninja option and a non-ninja option, so everybody can put that work in! See the list below for all ninja exercises and non-ninja exercise. We will also be offering a half trot as well!
Running the full trot will total just under 3 miles it will be 6 laps around our building with 3 of the exercise below in between each lap.
Ninja option
