Ninja Warrior Competition

The Ninja Carolina League (NCL) is a league for Beginner and Advanced Ninja Warrior athletes of all ages in the Carolinas. The season will run from September to mid-April with finals in the first three weeks of May to determine its champions. We're excited to be hosting a Season 3 Regular Season Qualifier at Rock Solid Warrior in South Apex. 

There are beginner and advanced divisions for children starting at age 6 through the masters division (40+) and every age in between. All divisions will be included in this event. 
 
Come and see how well you can do on our courses.  Courses will be age appropriate.  Adjustments and additional challenging obstacles will be added for advanced divisions.

Our competition will follow NCL rules and age/categories based on your age as of January 1, 2023. We will livestream the competition on our Facebook page.

 Sign up now to reserve your spot.  The earlier you sign up, the later you will be in the run order.

All participants must sign our waiver. 

  • $40 until April 1, $45 after April 1

Schedule

Note: 7U - 11U will be on the smaller side of the gym, 13U and up will be on the larger side of the gym... there MAY be two groups running at the same time, depending on the number of contestants that sign up, but we are dividing it up so we can stay on schedule for all groups.  

Please check in at least 15 minutes before your assigned time... Our mini-ninja area will be adapted for athletes of all sizes to warm up.

  • 9:00 7U (Beginners & Advanced)

  • 11:00 9U (Beginners & Advanced)

  • 1:00 13U (Beginners & Advanced)

  • 2:30 11U (Beginners & Advanced)

  • 3:30 40+ (Beginner & Advanced)

  • 5:00 15U (Beginner & Advanced)

  • 7:00 16-27, 28-39 (Beginner & Advanced)


For each group, 
  1. Rules for both Beginners & Advanced athletes will start at the same time... 
  2. Beginners will be released to plan their courses while Advanced rules (extra obstacles and course modifications) are explained to Advanced Athletes.
  3. Beginners will run
  4. Courses will be tweaked for Advanced athletes while Beginner awards are given
  5. Advanced athletes will run.
  6. Advanced awards are given
  7. Redemption time for both Beginners & Advanced
  8. Break for next group
