Are you the Ultimate Backyard Warrior?
Come and join us from 04-06 September at the east coast’s largest ninja Camp for three days of amazing competition. Competitors from the hit TV shows (American Ninja Warrior & ANW Junior) routinely come from all over the world and, along with local talent, tackle one of the largest and most difficult courses ever built.
UBW is very unique with inside and outside courses including a “Team Ninja Warrior”-styled side-by-side course, a grip-straining indoor second stage, an "over the water" elevated course, "Rocky Mount Midoriyama" (a forty foot multi-obstacle tower), and the infamous 100’ rope climb.
Do you have what it takes to carry home the title of UBW Grand Champion?

UBW Labor Day 2020 Basic Rule Set
BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPETITION IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH EITHER UNAA OR NNL! THIS WILL BE UBW RULES. CLARIFICATIONS WILL BE MADE WHERE APPROPRIATE.
CLASSES:
This year, our class structure will be slightly different than it has been in the past. We will have the following classes as we have previously:
9U, 11U, 13U, 15U, AMATEUR, PRO, 40+ (male and female in each class), plus….
A NEW CLASS!!!
We will be adding a Pro-Kids class to our Labor Day competition this year. Pro kids will be defined as ages 12-17 and having competed in the following: been in the Top 10 Pro class at UNAA Finals, NNL Finals, Rockford Ninja Finals or WolfPack Ninja Tour Finals. Additionally, this will apply to any competitor who has competed on ANW Jr. in the last 2 years.
Why is this being done? Due to feedback received over the past couple of years, we want to ensure that competitors are running against their peers with regards to ability and physiology. In both NNL and UNAA, the 40+ or Master’s Division has been protected in this way and we are giving it a shot with our 13U Male and Female,15U Male and Female, Amateur Male and Female, and our Pro Male and Female classes.
WAVES
The competition will run Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. There will be multiple waves per stage, so keeping track of which wave you are in will be very important. Run orders will be printed and posted at the information boards near the stage outside and near the water fountains inside the building.
WAVE 1 will run Friday evening. WAVES 2 and 3 will run beginning Saturday morning. Saturday, we will have multiple stages and waves running concurrently!!! Please pay attention to which stage/ course/ wave you are supposed to be running!!! We will do our best, but we cannot wait for you if you are not there when called to run.
